Serenity Now offers residential mental health treatment. People in our programs stay on-site in our homes while they receive care for mental health disorders. Treatment is typically 45 days but can vary depending on the person’s needs. We combine evidence-based therapies with holistic activities to heal the mind and body.

Our therapeutic approaches include CBT, DBT, private counselling, TMS, ACT therapy, trauma-informed therapy, group therapy, somatic therapy, and family therapy. All approaches are supported by extensive research and are effective for improving and managing mental health disorders.

We treat mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, ADHD, ASD, BPD, and schizophrenia. We operate with empathy and expertise, and we provide a private, calm setting for people to move forward in their recovery journey.
